Police official martyred, several injured in bomb blast in Islamabad

At least one cop was martyred while three were injured policeman were injured on Friday after a car explosion was reported from Islamabad‘s I-10 area.
Police officials said that cops had stopped a "suspicious" taxi for snap checking when the explosion occurred.
The law enforcement agency cordoned of the area after the explosion.
Police said that the car had explosive material in it, adding that multiple cops were injured in the blast.
The injured cops were moved to the Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences.
