Al-Qadir Trust Case; Hearing on Imran Khan's bail application begins

The hearing on Imran Khan's application in the Al-Qadir Trust corruption case has started. The Divisional Bench of Islamabad High Court is hearing the case. PTI Chairman Imran Khan has reached the Islamabad High Court to appear in the Al-Qadir Trust case.A special division bench was formed to hear the petition against the arrest of Imran Khan. Justice Mian Gul Hasan Aurangzeb and Justice Thaman Rifat Imtiaz are included in the bench.

It should be noted that yesterday the Supreme Court declared the arrest of Chairman Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) and former Prime Minister Imran Khan as illegal and ordered his immediate release. On the order of the Supreme Court, Imran Khan was brought to the court. He was brought to the Supreme Court in a security convoy consisting of 15 vehicles.

The Supreme Court declared the arrest of Pakistan Imran Khan by the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) illegal in the Al-Qadir Trust case and ordered his immediate release. Moreover, Imran Khan was instructed to approach the Islamabad High Court again.

In the Supreme Court, a 3-member bench headed by the Chief Justice heard the petition against the High Court decision on the arrest of Chairman PTI Imran Khan. The bench of the Supreme Court included Justice Muhammad Ali Mazhar and Justice Athar Minullah.
