Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Fawad Chaudhry was arrested by the police in Islamabad on Saturday.
Fawad Chaudhry has been arrested from his residence in Islamabad which has been confirmed by his brother Faisal Chaudhry.
Yesterday, the District and Sessions Court Islamabad granted pre-arrest bail to former federal minister Fawad Chaudhry till November 13 in the case of violation of Article 144.
It should be noted that a case was registered against Fawad Chaudhry in Abpara police station.
